Rick got into the pool and spa business 35 years ago delivering hot tubs in Pennsylvania. He then quickly worked his way up to an apprentice position technician for both pools and spas at Marquis Spas. A few short years later he became the Service Manager at Aspen Pools in Exton, Pennsylvania. After relocating back to the Pacific Northwest, he worked as a pool and spa repair technician for 13 years and finally in 2017, moved on to start the business with his wife, Ashlea.

Throughout the years he has focused on furthering his technical education having been to numerous training seminars through Raypak, Pentair, and several others. He keeps himself well informed on new product options, trends and regulations impacting in-ground pool and spa owners.
